Shipping
All Shopping Niagara products purchased through our e-commerce site will be delivered through our listed shipping services (all orders shipped are based on a 2.2lb minimum order) and will require a Signature upon receipt by the customer. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to pick up any unsigned parcels in a timely manner and no associated costs will be borne by Shopping Niagara. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase then we would be happy to refund the cost of that merchandise under the following conditions:
1. Date of purchase is no more than 30 days prior to your post-marked return.
2. Item is in its original packaging.
3. Included in your return is the receipt originally shipped with your purchase.
4. Refund will be credited in the manner in which payment was made (e.g. the credit card with which the original purchase was made).
5. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.
Taxes
No Federal or Provincial Taxes are applied for buyers outside of Canada. All Canadian customers will be charged GST (5%), while Ontario customers will be also charged PST (8%) in accordance with the law.
